The Administrative and Economic Department is one of the key links in the management system of the S.V. Malayan Eye Center, aiming at the efficient management of financial and economic resources, logistical support, and the coordination of administrative processes.
The department performs functions related to budgeting, financial reporting, procurement planning and organization, as well as internal economic analysis, thereby promoting stable and efficient management. Based on analytical thinking, accountability, and a high level of professional responsibility, the administrative and economic department carries out functions prescribed by law regarding financial reports and analyses submitted to state governance bodies of the RA, in particular, the Ministry of Health of the RA, the Ministry of Finance of the RA, and the State Revenue Committee of the RA.
