About the Center
The Center is the legal successor of the Republican Ophthalmological Center of the Ministry of Health and was established on the basis of the Trachoma-Glaucoma Dispensary of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Armenia.
The Center was organized in 1978 under the direct initiative and leadership of Sergey Vardani Malaian, the head of the clinic, whose name it bears today.
