The consultation includes:

– Written medical report and treatment recommendations
– Transportation of the doctor and nurse must be arranged by the patient

1. Patients receive an outpatient card valid for six (6) months. During this period, the listed ophthalmologic tests are free of charge—except for ocular ultrasound, autorefractometry, orbital X-ray, ECG, and blood glucose testing, which are covered once per eye within the 6-month period.
2. All outpatient cards are the property of the Malayan Eye Center and are archived in the records department for five (5) years.
3. In surgical cases, additional biochemical tests may be prescribed by the anesthesiologist, if needed.
4. For surgeries performed under general anesthesia, further lab testing is provided for a fee based on a referral signed by an anesthesiology department physician.
